Paweł Andersohn

Dariusz Ciechan

Experienced Project and Programme Manager (PMP, P2P, MSP) and founder of AlterV consulting and training company. Several years of practice in various fields enabled him to gain experience and knowledge of project, programme, portfolio and  technical management mainly of ICT projects. He specializes in conducting and managing complex projects, requiring expertise in the field of ICT, transformation, migration or introduction of new services.

Krzysztof Derech

Full-time Project Manager (PMP, PRINCE2), working with national and international clients. He built experience as an engineer and IT manager, finally found his place in the world of projects. From the beginning of his career he is associated with the company TELDAT Bydgoszcz.

In 2016, the project he managed won the first prize in the Project of the Year PMI Poland Chapter.

During trainings and workshops he develops the participants’ involvement in project management. He is fascinated by the individuality of others and interpersonal communication, which is considered the key to success of the project management.

He draws energy from time spent with family, passion for traveling and tasting various dishes. The irony and distance to himself allows him to overcome daily challenges.

Levent Korkmaz

Levent has a Nottingham masters degree in economic development and trade policies, and started his consultancy career as a strategic planning consultant and business intelligence expert 16 years ago at Compaq EMEA CRM Center of Excellence, where he developed a KPI performance management framework based on balanced scorecard strategy and activity based costing. After consolidating sales, marketing and service into a streamlined CRM process for Hewlett Packard, he was involved in software re-engineering and process engine optimization. For many years he has been implementing and optimizing Salesforce CRM platform for multinationals such as Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise and AkzoNobel. Levent has also helped dozens of non-profits like Amnesty International, Christian Aid, Royal Parks and Turkish Education Volunteers Foundation and PMI Bulgaria Chapter to deploy and use salesforce.com for fundraising and membership. These days he’s consulting on a new generation of digital practices that he calls “digital evolution services”. His mission for 2020 is to transform Bulgaria into a digital success story through people development, compassionate capitalism and sustainable social entrepreneurship.
